Gustavo Meillón is a managing partner at Clairfield International in Mexico. Previously, he was managing partner at SAI Consultores for seven years where he collaborated in the design and placement of the first structured risk instrument for authorized retirement fund administrators. He also led the structuring team of the first IPO of a stock-market promotion company (SAPIB). Gustavo has participated in many M&A, private equity, and debt & capital market transactions. Prior to SAI, he worked as a business consultant for several national and international companies. Gustavo holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana where he has taught engineering economy since 2006 and holds an MBA in finance from the University of Leeds, UK, where he was awarded the Chevening Scholarship from the British Council. He is a member of the board of Grupo CyC, Sin Tráfico, and Matcha Kaori.
